Our team is led by Mr. Ibrahim Sadaka Abdulfattah, CEO of the company, who has extensive experience in accounting, financial, and advisory services for nearly 30 years.

Ibrahim began his professional career in 1993, joining Arthur Andersen immediately after graduating from King Abdulaziz University in Jeddah, and rose through the ranks to the position of Executive Audit Manager. After the merger of Arthur Andersen’s operations in Saudi Arabia with Ernst & Young in 2002, he continued his work until 2006, when he decided to devote himself to managing his own business and establishing a Zakat and Tax consulting office.

From 2019 to 2024, Ibrahim’s office merged with Al-Rikaz/Andersen, and he held the position of Managing Partner of Jeddah office.

Since the beginning of 2025, Ibrahim has decided to devote himself to managing his own company to practice Zakat and Tax consulting.

Ibrahim holds MBA from the American University in London, and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from King Abdulaziz University in Jeddah. He is also licensed by the Ministry of Commerce and Saudi Organization for Chartered and Professional Accountants (SOCPA) in Saudi Arabia to provide Zakat and Tax consultations.
