Ibrahim Sadakah Abdulfattah leads our firm with a distinguished career spanning over three decades in financial services and tax advisory. Recognized for his expertise in financial services, negotiation skills, and strategic business planning, Ibrahim has established himself as a trusted advisor to businesses across Saudi Arabia and the region.

Ibrahim’s professional journey began in 1993 when he joined Arthur Andersen immediately after graduating from King Abdulaziz University in Jeddah with
a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. His talent and dedication led to rapid advancement through various positions, culminating in his role as an Executive Audit Manager. Following the merger of Arthur Andersen’s Saudi Arabian operations with Ernst & Young in 2002, Ibrahim continued his professional growth until 2006, when he embarked on his entrepreneurial journey by establishing his own Zakat and tax consulting practice.

In addition to his undergraduate education, Ibrahim holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the American University in London, which has enhanced his global perspective and strategic thinking capabilities. His formal education is complemented by decades of practical experience working with diverse clients across multiple industries.

Ibrahim is licensed by the Ministry of Commerce and Investment & SOCPA in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to provide Zakat and tax consulting services,
a testament to his professional standing and technical expertise. His leadership style emphasizes client service excellence, professional integrity, and continuous innovation, setting the tone for our firm’s culture and approach to client engagements.
